Tooling & Moulding

Our Engineering & Tooling Development team offers comprehensive tooling services to our clients, with in-house fabrication capabilities for stamping dies and injection moulds. We specialise in precision thermoplastics mould manufacturing ranging from 40 - 700ton, liquid silicone moulding, micro moulding, and complex technical component moulding.

Our experienced engineers provide design for manufacturing consultancy, and expertise in high cavitation, multi-shot, gas-assisted, and in-mould insert moulding. We also offer rotary platen, automated parts transfer, multi-layered stack mould, and high-speed thin wall mould solutions. With our end-to-end management of the manufacturing process, we ensure reliable and efficient tooling solutions for our clients.

Injection Moulding

Injection moulding is a manufacturing process used to produce plastic parts in large quantities with high precision and consistency. Our injection moulding process involves melting plastic pellets and injecting the molten material into a mould, which is then cooled to solidify the part. Our state-of-the-art injection moulding machines and experienced technicians ensure precision and consistency in each part we produce.

Secondary Processes

The final stage of manufacturing involves secondary processing which is used to enhance the output of primary manufacturing processes. This includes improving the material properties, removing excess plastic, changing the shape or texture, adding functionality, etc.
